Refund policy
Here at MAIKINI we want our customers to be satisfied with their orders. After all, we work hard for our paper and we want you to absolutely love what you pay for. We understand that online shopping can be quite tricky so we are here to help you pick the right suits and sizes before you purchase!
What is your return policy?
We offer free returns for our USA customers for orders over $200.
MAIKINI will accept unworn swimwear in new condition with BOTH tags and hygienic liners attached within 15 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note all items marked final sale are not eligible for a refund or exchange. We do not offer store credit at this time. Once we receive and approve your returned items, your refund will go back on the original form of payment. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
For sanitary reasons, please try on all swimwear over underwear. Swimwear with ANY signs of make-up, dirt, fluids, etc. will absolutely NOT be accepted and MAIKINI will not be responsible for any items shipped back to us; customer will be responsible for shipping back their orders from our facility.
How do I start my return?
To start a return, you can contact us at support@maikini.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund. Then, use that shipping label to send your items back to us. Once your items are inspected, you can expect to receive a refund notification to your email within 5-10 business days.
NOTE: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and customer will have to pay for for any additional cost to get their items back.

Damages and issues
MAIKINI will always inspect each product before processing am order. In the event that we miss something, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Can I track my return?
Yes! US customers may use the tracking number on the provided pre-paid shipping label to trace their package back to us. If you use your own shipping provider, please use the tracking number provided on that label to trace your package.
International customers can track their return using the tracking number on the DHL International return label that was emailed when the return was initiated.
How will I receive a return shipping label for my International return?
You will receive a DHL return postage via email.
