Shipping policy

All orders are processed between 1-3 days and then shipped. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. We ship internationally via DHL express.

Once packages have been shipped and are with postal services, we are NOT responsible or liable for any delays in shipping. Shipping times are estimates provided by the email carrier and these are not guarantees. Once orders have been processed, we cannot change your shipping method or address. Please be sure to enter the correct information desired and let us know ASAP if you have made a mistake. We are also not responsible for orders marked as delivered but not received, due to incorrect address, loss/theft, or failure to collect. 

Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a direct link to your shipment tracking. If you have any trouble locating your shipping confirmation, please check spam folder.
